Micro-negative
pressure
In current process of Henan
Asia-Pacific Bio-Energy Technology Co., ltd is removing the
corrosive harmful gas before it being burned as fuel oil, and
separated into two independent systems by Micro Negative Pressure
system and combustion system, then through the second safety liquid
seal gas separation device and a special fire-back burning device,
and then into the combustion system to burn. More important is we
use the temperature , pressure multi-touch , over temperature and
the overpressure automatic alarm system, using the newest
overpressure automatic blasting to replace the pressure relief
valve, and set up the pressure relief device, ensure that the
pressure balance during operating.
Dynamic and static sealing
system
Features: static sealing system have
enough good plasticity and high strength, easy to welding, good
corrosion resistance, can very well under cold and hot pressure
processing, convenient maintenance, seal tap cheaply. And the heat
bilges cold shrink compensation effect caused by temperature
change, between the moving and static equipment, effectively
prevent leakage, shock absorption

The final
products
The final product of tire:
*5% tire oil, *5%carbon black, ****5% steel wire, **8% waste gas.
Tire oil can be used as fuel oil or organic solvents and vehicle
fuel after refining. Carbon black can directly sell as fuel or
further processing to use as filter for rubber or tire and
industrial carbon black.
